Crown provides complete consulting, practice management, billing and accounts receivable management services to optimize the financial success of our clients. Other popular services that we provide include: new practice start-ups, practice acquisitions, practice mergers, provider compensation review and development, practice operational and revenue cycle reviews.

In 2007 Crown was contracted by the Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky to assist with developing primary care models for the state’s most impoverished counties. Crown coordinated the assembly of a national team of experts in the development and implementation of a plan for 7 new Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) which would bring more than 10 million dollars in federal funding to the state. As a result, six of the seven applications submitted were fully funded.  Crown's contract with the Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky continues to be renewed annually.
